The opportunity:Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires an individual who can provide efficient administrative support, handle reception duties, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. You’ll be involved in:Responsible for answering all inbound calls that come through the general reception line in a professional and timely manner and transfer to relevant people and or provide accurate message taking.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Uphold company policies and procedures with a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
Ensure visitors are signed in correctly as per Kinetic policy and procedure
Order and maintain appropriate levels of office supplies of stationery, supplies for general business use at all times
Maintain a well presented and professional front desk/reception area at all times
