About the role
You will be the pivotal point of contact for our new and existing customers by providing them an unforgettable journey with us.
This role will require you to combine your passion for delighting customers, your sales experience and administrative skills, your main duties will include:

- Drive sales through providing exceptional customer service levels at all touch points
- Perform outbound sales calls
- Drive the behavioural and process changes within CRM required for business success, and ongoing revenue retention and growth for Luxaroma
- Regularly analyse customer service procedures (SOP’s) to streamline process through continuous improvement methods
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely fashion
- Understand the Luxaroma supply chain to underpin sales/customer success engagement
- Up sell to customers and ensure you are maximising sales opportunities
- Work with other departments to ensure that customer orders are completed in a timely manner
- Problem-solve customer issues in a timely manner and elevate any needed changes to procedures
- Ensure you optimise all platforms to manage your daily tasks in an organised fashion, meeting agreed benchmarks.
- Order processing; data entry, generating invoices & processing payments
- Achieving team sales targets - upselling and on selling
Your experience
- A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets
- Customer service experience (essential)
- Experience in a sales is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- General understanding of how Office 365 works
- Typing skills (Beneficial)
