With a national presence, this employer gives opportunity to allow for working across a variety of locations and ongoing growth within the organisation.This is a Full-time role (Part-time may be considered) within the cardiology ward setting caring for patients pre and postoperative.Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AINs and EN’s to follow and deliver best care practices in relation to cardiology practices
• Complete all documentation to the standard of local and national policy requirements
• Provide proactive nursing care to ensure patient safety

Role requirements:

• Currently AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
• Demonstrated nursing experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Cardiology ward setting
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated commitment to continued quality improvement and best practice principles
• Current Police Check
• Post graduate certificate required
