About the role As Customer Experience Team Leader you are required to effectively manage all aspects of departmental operations relating to the customer service membership services and Crèche; including providing support and guidance to fellow team members. Uphold facility standards and maintain procedures and best practices whilst ensuring exceptional customer service. Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment2. A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills3. Proven organisational and administrative skills such as revenue management, expense management, managing labour costs, and reporting.4.
