About the role As Customer Experience Team Leader you are required to effectively manage all aspects of departmental operations relating to the customer service membership services and Crèche; including providing support and guidance to fellow team members. Uphold facility standards and maintain procedures and best practices whilst ensuring exceptional customer service.
