About the role

As Customer Experience Team Leader you are required to effectively manage all aspects of departmental operations relating to the customer service membership services and Crèche; including providing support and guidance to fellow team members.

Uphold facility standards and maintain procedures and best practices whilst ensuring exceptional customer service.

Remuneration

$85,658.56 to $95,865.64 + 11% Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

1. Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment
2. A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
3. Proven organisational and administrative skills such as revenue management, expense management, managing labour costs, and reporting.
4. Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems
