Our Federal Government Client is seeking multiple Customer Identity & Access Management Engineers (APS5, APS6, and EL1). They are currently seeking talented individuals to fill multiple roles within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) function. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions tailored to our external users.This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of 12 months, located at our client's offices in various regions with flexible working arrangements.Position 1: EL1 Senior Customer Identity & Access Management EngineerKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a major CIAM project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective CIAM configurations.
- Configure and manage CIAM features to align with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize CIAM solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Prioritize automation and integration efforts to enhance CIAM capabilities.
- Strong expertise in CIAM solutions design, implementation, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
