The Opportunity
Data driven decisioning underpins most critical business processes at Greenstone. Analytics builds data driven models and conducts analysis to further Greenstone's commercial outcomes and optimise Greenstone's profitability
Reporting to the Head Of Analytics,the Customer Insights Analyst will interrogate GFS data assets to drive performance and optimise profitability across our marketing and operational activities, through developing and implementing analytics insights and models.
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant Marketing, Commerce/Business, Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Engineering or Statistics discipline
- Experience (typically 1-5 years) in a similar Customer insight driven data analytics area
- Strong experience in SQL/R/VBA/MATLAB/SAS
- Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel and other applications within the MS Office suite
- Strong conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
