The Customer Liaison Officer role consists of being our customers main point of contact throughout the service of residential maintenance requests. The ideal candidate would be passionate and enthusiastic about customer service and have a keen focus for delivering the best outcomes for our clients.
This position would ideally suit a person with a customer service background, who is confident, tenacious and results driven.
Required skills of the role are:Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
