Operations Administration Officer (OAO) – Monitoring & Customer Liaison

We are looking for a talented Operations Administration Officer (OAO) to support our Operations Team and ensure excellent customer interactions.
The role delivers exceptional customer service and supports the Operations Officer in optimising scheduling, customer service, and resource management. The role involves managing the alarm monitoring service customer database, contracts, and reporting, as well as assisting with daily operations, scheduling, and job processes across various service offerings, all in accordance with company and industry policy standards.
Main Duties:
You will be responsible for managing the daily monitoring reports, actioning, and reporting customer faults, and maintain the monitoring database, customer information and contracts. Liaising continuously with the Operations Team, you will assist with scheduling technicians, ensuring compliance with policy and processes. You will also assist with job preparation, inventory control, stock levels, and logistics, create commercial leads and provide assistance to the Executive Team, as required. You will be the first point of contact for all customer, supplier, and stakeholder enquiries, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
Skills:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a scheduler, service administrator, or operations supervisor, preferably in a trades / service industry. Experience in customer contract and high-level customer relations management skills are essential. You should have excellent computing and IT skills, basic business development skills, and strong facilitation and negotiation skills. Knowledge of simPRO Job Management Software, Quality Management Systems, and OH&S is also advantageous.
