The ideal applicant must be a highly driven, and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional service. In addition, the ideal applicant must be agile and adaptable to change.
The Customer Liaison Officer role consists of being our customers main point of contact throughout the service of residential maintenance requests. The ideal candidate would be passionate and enthusiastic about customer service and have a keen focus for delivering the best outcomes for our clients.
This position would ideally suit a person with a customer service background, who is confident, tenacious and results driven.
Required skills of the role are:
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate initiative to problem solve and identify root cause issues.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and perform effectively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated self-starter, honest, and flexible with a professional work ethic.
What the Job looks like:
- 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Balcatta Head Office (with plenty of free onsite parking)
- Full time, permanent opportunity
