Call Centre - Customer Liaison Officer

The successful applicant must be resilient, with a willingness to happily undertake all tasks required in the role and who understands their important contribution to our customer’s happy and positive swimming pool experience. 

Hours of work will be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, based at our Jandakot Head Office.

About The Role

This is a rewarding yet challenging role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing prompt and professional support.
• Become a trusted advisor, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and positive pool ownership experiences.
• Share your product knowledge, guiding customers through our offerings and finding the perfect solution.
• Streamline processes by handling orders, tracking progress, and following up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Identify and expertly resolve customer service issues, going the extra mile to find solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
