The Role 🔍
As a Lifecycle Specialist reporting to the CRM Automation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and refining multi-channel patient campaigns and lifecycle communications. Your mission? Drive patient activation, engagement, and retention to new heights.
Experience 💻
- Strong experience in Lifecycle Marketing, mapping and creating lifecycle journeys across omni channels.
- Healthcare, Medical, Retail or Financial Services/Tech experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
