Lifecycle Project Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Lifecycle Project Manager to join our team. You will provide life cycle programs and minor works support to relevant areas of the Asset Management team, and our PPP stakeholders.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Health and Education function; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.

What you'll do

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

• Responsible for the asset register being complete and a 'single source of truth' with all new assets added into the asset register containing all required information.
• Project records and documentation are added into the asset register as required.
• Maintain and update asset register, including asset capture, disposal, and transfer.
• Ensure Condition Based reviews are completed for all assets.
• Provide reports as required to support delivery of projects, Life Cycle, and Asset Management.
• Assist Asset Manager in delivery of projects and project management including minor and reactive planned replacements.
• Accurate and detailed project records and documentation fulfilling contractual, legislative, and building code requirements.
• Updating and management of the electronic data management systems (SPM).

What you'll bring

• Engineering or trade qualifications or equivalent in similar role preferable.
• Management certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the delivery of maintenance service-based projects and strategic life cycle planning.
• Experience in managing subcontractors.
• Maintenance asset management systems and databases.
