We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated Customer Marketing Executive who has a passion for delivering effective customer communications to join our Marketing team!
In what is an incredibly exciting time for the Entertainment industry we’re looking for an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for building world-class customer experiences through one-to-one comms, primarily in a digital environment. You will be comfortable around data and use your analytical approach to embraces testing, learning, sharing and continual optimization.
Working within the Customer & Loyalty Marketing team, you will own the day-to-day delivery of comms from creative development, through to execution.
You won’t be afraid to try new things and get your hands on the tools; you’ll learn fast and be highly collaborative. You’ll be proactive, thirsty for knowledge and a great problem solver as well as being extremely personable with the ability to quickly develop relationships with stakeholders from a diverse range of departments so you can effectively manage and deliver work – on time and budget.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to...
- Create engaging, responsive marketing campaigns utilizing digital channels including email, SMS, push notifications and other channels.
- Use data to and inform and drive tailored one-to-one communications
- Build seamless end to end customer journeys to drive optimized customer and business outcomes
- Working closely with insights analysts to drive post-campaign success evaluation, iteration, and optimization.
- This is a hands-on role that allows creative and strategic freedom with the ability to try lots of new things
- Working with multiple external partners and internal stakeholders
Your background should include
- 2-3 years + experience in a Customer Marketing role
- Experience working with Adobe (or any other marketing automation platform) is highly desirable
- Experience executing complex digital customer campaigns from brief to design to implementation and results reporting
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to gain approval and consensus from multiple stakeholders
- Passionate about television, content and the evolving ways to engage with customers
