How you'll make a difference
Our customer contact team is a critical link between our organisation and our customers. You will provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey, connecting customers with our relevant services and teams along the way to help them live their best life. Through your high level coordination skills you will acquire new customers and also retain existing customers. We’re a down to earth, passionate bunch and together we achieve positive outcomes for our customers.
About the role:
- Casual position, offering up to 37.5 hours per week, based at our Coolbinia Head Office with possible requirement to work on a roster certain days from our Murdoch and Currambine Hubs
