About this position
The Information Management Services (IMS) team is crucial to the City’s operations, providing essential Information Management, support and advice. Our primary goal is to ensure accurate and timely information for our customers while adhering to records management guidelines, standards and relevant legislation.
Reporting directly to the Coordinator IMS, you will oversee tasks including processing all incoming correspondence, scanning and digitising documentation, and distributing digitised information to relevant departments. Your responsibilities also include delivering clear and timely responses aligned with the City’s Customer Service Charter and maintaining efficient information flow and compliance across the organisation.

Essential requirements
- Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage as it is an appointment condition.
Desirable requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Records and Information Management or similar, or working towards it
