Key Responsibilities:
Plan Development:
Collaborate with Aged Care and NDIS customers, turning their goals and dreams into reality.
Funding Magic:
Navigate the landscape of Aged Care and NDIS funding, transforming financial constraints into opportunities for limitless support. Providing funding utilisation, ensuring it stays within allocated budgets.
Customer Adventure Liaison:
Embark on an adventure of open communication with Aged Care and NDIS customers, discovering the ever-evolving chapters of their unique stories.
Assume the role of a dedicated point of contact, ready to address customer inquiries and concerns with the vigor of an explorer.
Reporting Extravaganza:
Generate and submit reports that tell a tale of success, painted with the vibrant colors of compliance to organisational and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, and/or Ageing.
- Previous experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS sector, or relevant industry knowledge.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective customer interaction.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy and ability to apply initiative in the work environment
- Keyboard skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office and operating business systems.
- Strong Customer service skills to meet our customer expectations
Essential:
- Working with Children (Blue Card).
- Working with Adults with Disability Card (Yellow Card) or NDIS Workers Screening Card/Check.
- Current Class C Driver's License.
- Current NDIS Workers Module.
