We are a boutique Financial Planning firm specialising in retirement planning with a growing client base. We have established systems and processes to support our clients through the initial meeting to advice implementation and a robust review service. You will be working along side the Principal Adviser, Paraplanner and dedicated support officer to provide a high touch quality service to clients that really appreciate the work we do for them.
Qualifications & experience
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role for Financial Planning practice
- Attention to Detail is crucial
- Ability to manage workflows and prioritise tasks via custom CRM (XPLAN experience not required)
- Positive and cheerful attitude
- Clear communication and problem solving skills
- Experience across a range of products including superannuation, investment & insurance
Tasks & responsibilities
- Key client contact inbound and outbound communications
- Liase with adviser, paraplanner and support staff to manage workflows
- Implementation of advice including account establishment with various platforms/super funds, investment purchases and redemptions, insurance, annuities
- Centrelink Nominee support including Age Pension applications and follow ups with Centrelink
