Trl Financial Solutions, a boutique Financial Planning practice nestled in the heart of Palm Beach, Gold Coast with a single adviser, is looking for a skilled Financial Planning Assistant to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to Work from Home for 20 hours per week, allowing you to manage your schedule efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our financial adviser.
- Utilize Midwinter for task management, setting reminders, and tracking deadlines effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of client documents, including annual reports and compliance documentation.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, including scheduling meetings, follow-up communications, and addressing client inquiries.
- Conduct lead generation activities to support business growth, including prospecting, outreach, and networking.
- Maintain accurate client records, manage compliance documentation, and stay up-to-date with industry regulations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing for client meetings, including gathering necessary information and materials.
- Prepare advice documentation, including Statement of Advice (SOA) and Record of Advice (ROA), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Complete advice implementation activities, including the completion, lodgement, and follow-up of application forms and various other advice process documentation.
- Collaborate with the adviser on cross-over duties related to running the AFSL (Australian Financial Services Licensee) business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Financial Planning industry.
- Strong understanding of Financial Planning concepts, products, and regulations.
- Experience using Midwinter or similar CRM systems for client management and task tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Financial Planning software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) experience or knowledge is a plus.
