About the role

This role will act as a self service and digital ambassador and coach. In particular, to support the strategy of the Customer Engagement business and embed the continued transformation of the branch network to enable a self-service and digital-first banking experience. The role will be responsible for preparing customers and bankers for change, including transitioning and transforming from traditional banking methods. Working within high opportunity branches and business partners, you will role model and coach customers and frontline bankers on alternative self-service ways to bank as we evolve the branch network to include Business Cash Hub’s and Assisted Service branch formats.
This role requires frequent travel (70% of the work week) to ANZ Branches around South Australia.
This role will involve interaction with the following stakeholder groups:
- Regional Customer Readiness Leads
- National Customer Care Lead & Officers
- District Managers
- Branch Managers & Staff
- Service Performance & Operations Managers
