A great opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Customer Relations Manager based at our newly renovated Subiaco Office on a permanent full time basis.

The primary focus of the Customer Relations Manager is to drive sales, revenue growth and increase market share in designated territory by strengthening and building strong relationships with our referring customers who include a wide range of medical and allied health professionals; and also, identifying other key potential referrers to further develop business. Reporting to the Head of Customer Relations you will be responsible for: Building and fostering long-term working relationships with referring doctors, allied health professionals and other key stakeholders to build reputation for excellence and generate repeat business through customer satisfaction Identify and approach potential new surgeries/referrers to engage as clients, using referrer statistics to target referrers or areas for potential growth Maintain knowledge of clinic service delivery though discussion with supervisors, relevant specialist, management and other relevant parties, in order to deliver accurate information to referrers. (This includes availability of doctors, services, appointments, and relevant pricing updates)

Analysing customer data and information to identify patterns, trends and areas for improvement Plan and implement activities to meet sales plans and clinic budgets Supports the Marketing Manager with development and utilisation of marketing materials as required Monitor Budget and Reports and provide clinics and the GM Business Development feedback when appropriate What do you need to be…
