As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our organisation, bridging the gap between our clients and our services. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients while also contributing to business growth through sales initiatives. Additionally, you’ll handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

• Active Listening: Understanding client needs, concerns, and goals. Listen attentively to their feedback and address any issues promptly.
• Regular Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Provide updates, answer queries, and offer personalised solutions.
• Client Retention: Foster loyalty by ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Sales and Business Development:

• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities for additional services or products that align with client needs.
• New Client Acquisition: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and convert them into satisfied clients.
• Sales Metrics: Monitor and track sales performance, set targets, and contribute to revenue growth.

Administrative Tasks:

• Data Management: Maintain accurate client records, update contact information, and track interactions.
• Document Handling: Prepare contracts, proposals, and other necessary paperwork.
• Reporting: Generate reports on client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:

• Client Issues: Address any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Find effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to resolve client-related issues.

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or account management is essential.
