Relationships Australia WA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our small and friendly team.

To be successful in this position, you will be passionate about all things marketing and enjoy working with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to support our organisation’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign activity across traditional and digital channels.
• Manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), including content planning, scheduling and responding.
• Manage our website to ensure content is up to date and performing optimally.  
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to produce a variety of content.
• Plan and schedule quarterly email newsletters and manage list segments.
• Provide SEO and SEM campaigns and initiatives.
• Build and maintain our marketing database within a CRM (Mailchimp, HubSpot, iCIS)
• Provide regular marketing reports, including insights and recommendations.
• Assist with promotional events and activities (may include some weekend work).

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce or related discipline.
• Technical skills and experience working in a digital, online environment for marketing and ecommerce purposes, including working with websites, social media advertising, email marketing and CMS’s (WordPress, Kentico). 
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Demonstrated experience in Meta Advertising and reporting.
• Proven skills and experience in database management, including CRM and email marketing platforms (eg. Mailchimp).
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and multi-task in a dynamic team environment.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
