The role offers a challenging opportunity for a highly competent and motivated individual to play a crucial role within a well-regarded organisation. The Customer Relations Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client, also responsible for the preparation of customer specific reports and ensuring any required KPI metrics are delivered upon. An understanding of a Service-Related maintenance business would be ideal for the role as the skills required are more about Customer Relationship building than Technical Knowledge.
You will be responsible for:
• Consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs within the organisation to ensure quality.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate and ethical methods and relevant internal liaison to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular two-way communication between the client and service delivery team to facilitate the development of profitable business, sustainable relationships, and knowledge of service delivery to identify potential issues and/or opportunities.
• Responsible for client conflict resolution, compliance on client deliverables and resolving issues promptly.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years account management experience in a client service driven organisation, be self-motivated and possess strong written & verbal communication skills. Computer and administration skills are essential. You will need the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment (Fire Protection Industry background preferred though not essential)
