In 2023, Kids Unlimited was acquired by TeamKids, a leading Outside School Hours Care provider.
Position Overview:
This position has overall responsibility for the resale and expansion of our very important client schools on a term-by-term basis. The key to this is building great relationships by visiting clients, taking care of their individual needs and providing quick responses to their inquiries. Our Account Managers typically look after up to 100 schools based in Melbourne and interstate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key stakeholders at each school and build exceptional relationships with them
- Deliver on termly revenue targets
- Help schools to sell Kids Unlimited programs to their communities
- Simultaneously manage a volume of work and level of detail
- Proactively communicate with schools on all issues that may affect them
- Ensure programs delivered at each school are relevant and suitable for the community
- Reinforce child safety standards with staff and seek continual improvement for the organisation in this area
- As part of a small business, there will be times when the incumbent is expected to work outside their remit
- Account management experience
- Knowledge of the education system, specifically primary schools (preferred)
- A strong commitment to upholding child-safe standards and willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Customer service experience
- Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task, hit targets and meet deadlines
- Interpersonal skills – must be able to interact and work with a variety of people; teachers, principals, parents and coaches
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work remotely (own home office)
- Computer literate – Microsoft packages, Outlook, Internet
