Hills & Ranges Private is a therapeutic AOD rehabilitation provider committed to providing the best sustainable solutions to support AOD & other addictive behaviours. Our two luxury recovery facilities in the Dandenong Ranges provide a range of therapeutic support services to clients from all backgrounds.
We are looking for an experienced, professional and compassionate person to join our sales team. This is an important role to support the beginning of recovery journeys via conversion of client enquiries into admissions into our facilities. We are offering an attractive package of base salary plus commission that reflects the role’s importance to our brand.
Hills & Ranges Private (HARP) currently operates two facilities. Our Retreat at Olinda has nine bedrooms and amenities including outdoor pools and a gym. Sassafras Manor has four bedrooms and extensive grounds. A third property is planned to open in the second half of 2024.
Position Objective
The purpose of the position is to successfully respond to the needs of inbound enquiries and convert these (via phone) into customers and, where necessary, facilitate the onboarding / admissions process for those clients. Reporting to our CEO, you will be instrumental in delivering growth in admission numbers while forging strong connections with our clients.
Our clients are independently successful professionals and your people skills, confidence and customer-first mindset will be critical to achieving success meeting targets and surpassing expectations.
You may be required as part of the role to respond to enquiries out of normal business hours. Working from home is an option.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully convert interest in HARP’s premium offering to high and middle end market segments into client admissions
- Build relationships with potential clients, acting as an ambassador to showcase HARP’s identity and mission, to ensure their needs are understood and exceeded
- Support and manage our efforts to improve customer data quality and impact
