We're seeking a dedicated Customer Resolutions Specialist to join our dynamic team, handling customer concerns from the initial contact to a positive resolution.
In this role, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for customer complaints via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and gather relevant information.
- Investigate complaints thoroughly, following established procedures.
- Research and propose solutions, aiming for fair and timely resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate case files.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Has a keen eye for detail and is highly organized.
- Can work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Is a problem-solver with a proactive approach.
- Experience in a similar role working with end-to-end complaints.
