Join our diverse Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Customer Resolutions team, working to resolve matters from Claimants, Providers and other external parties.You'll be responsible for the timely and quality management of reviewing and resolving internal and external complaints across SA, ACT and NSW. You'll also provide insight and guidance back to claims teams and other internal stakeholders on trends you identify as well as ways to rebuild trust with our Claimants and Customers.This permanent full-time opportunity can be based from either our Sydney or Melbourne office and offers hybrid working conditions.Please note: To work from home, you'll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.About You
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in successful dispute resolution desired
- Candidates with legal qualifications would be highly desirable but not necessary
- Ability to adapt written and verbal communication skills to suit the audience
- Strong analytical thinking skills
