- Deliver Strategic Roadmaps - Define a strategic plan for evolving the customer, retail, and trading digital platforms aligned to business goals, needs, and timings.
- Direct Software Development - Lead software development teams to build, integrate, and deploy capabilities for all-digital customer and trader experience journeys and continuously enhance value.
- Retail and Trading Operations Support - Ensure the reliable delivery of key retail and trading platforms that retail operations function.
- Vendor Management - Handle third-party software or service relationships that underpin customer and trader experience technology foundations.
- Performance Metrics - Track and optimize key platform KPIs like conversion funnels, usage trends, transaction volumes, CSAT, and lead business reviews.
- Process Excellence - Improve incident, problem, and change management for customer platforms promoting stability and availability.
- Enable Innovation - Fosters a culture of innovation by evaluating emerging capabilities like AI, cloud platforms, and disruptive retail models to meet business needs.
