What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation Dynamo: Engage with potential customers daily, driving lead generation and encouraging them to take advantage of our free hearing assessments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve targets and support our mission of transforming lives through better hearing.
- Customer Care Advocate: Assist the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.
- Strategic Thinker: Develop and implement store strategies to increase customer leads, enhance store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Complete daily operational processes with precision and efficiency to keep our stores running smoothly.
What We're Seeking:
- Outgoing & Engaging: Bring your vibrant personality and enthusiasm to every customer interaction, making each one memorable.
- Target-Driven: Previous experience in meeting and exceeding business targets is a definite plus.
- Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong listening and communication skills, coupled with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively.
- Flexibility & Availability: Full-time availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster, including travel between Belconnen, Woden, and Queanbeyan stores.
- Tech Literacy: Basic computer skills to navigate our systems efficiently.
