Your Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation by engaging potential customers daily.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet and exceed targets.
- Assist the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers.
- Execute daily operational tasks and devise store strategies to boost customer leads, enhance store foot traffic, and maximize profitabilit
What We're Looking For:
- An outgoing and driven individual comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interactions.
- Proven experience in surpassing business targets.
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Full-time availability on a rotating retail roster.
- Willingness to commute between Port Macquarie, Taree, and Forster stores.
- Basic computer literacy.
