This role works in a few of our local stores, an opportunity to change more lives!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers
- Work with the store team to achieve targets
- Support the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
What We Are Seeking:
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
- Strong listening & communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Availability to work Full Time retail hours on a rotating roster
- Someone who is willing to travel between the Maroochydore, Buddina and Caloundra stores
- Basic computer literacy
