A great opportunity exists for a highly motivated Customer Service office to join their busy operations team. This company specialises in construction and facilities management based within the Sutherland Shire and continues to grow.
Your new roleAs the Customer Service officer you will be responsible for administrating all aspects of coordinating the service team and assisting with office requirements. These duties include:
Coordinating and scheduling field jobs
Assisting with deliveries and dispatching
Assist with processing of orders
Maintain and update database
Compile client reports
Manage work orders & job requests
What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to build rapport with clients. You must also be able to work in a team environment and be able to work autonomously and are self-driven. You must also have a high level of attention to detail with good organisational and time-management skills.
