Fantastic Full Time Customer service & Office Co-ordinator position within a Fashion & Apparel Organisation located in Collingwood, Melbourne.

We are currently seeking an organised Office Professional to join our team on a full time basis.
 

The Opportunity & Position

We are looking for a highly motivated team member to provide exceptional Customer service to our customers, clients, support our retail network and HQ in a busy environment. 

The primary function of this position is inbound Customer service/sales, close and grow sales, help customers, build relationships and support our operations function. Secondary function is maintaining our HQ basics not limited to amenities ordering, event set up, bookings, office DJ and keeping our fridge stocked.

Not only will you have excellent communication skills, you will also demonstrate the ability to listen and show empathy to others, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Organization is your middle name; you can juggle and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.


Your duties & responsibilities 
Your main objective is to work as a Team member of the Customer Service Team, and manage the day to day running of the office. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Put the customer first before everything
  • In-bound telephone calls / email & online chat enquiries
  • Raise, process & manage orders (store & customer)
  • Fulfill eCommerce online orders (store to door)
  • Investigate and problem solve customer queries
  • Assist accounts on customer payments
  • Field & solve retail store questions
  • Digital and website support when required
  • Managing various reports and information through Excel and business system
  • Manage the office day to day administrative tasks
  • Employee travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support and scheduling of office events and online meetings
  • Company newsletter
  • On-boarding and off-boarding of new staff to Office HQ
  • Responding to general client, staff and vendor queries
  • Managing all office supplies and facilities for the office
  • Administrative duties as required
  • Support to the Senior Management team

  • Be a Team player, and always embrace taking on different tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to multi task with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite including strong exposure to Excel
  • Experience using Booking systems, and basic online ordering platforms for purchasing amenities
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize work effectively
  • Flexible, able to problem solve and improve processes where required
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
  • Ability to assist your peers outside of your core team
  • Previous experience working in a busy Customer service position is essential
  • Exceptional communication and Customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to have a good laugh
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take pride in success
