About the role:
- This is a Customer Service role where you will be responsible for responding to queries over email (minimal phone support required).
- You will be talking to customers about new restaurant promotions, discounts, refunds, any issues with ordering etc.
- This is a fast paced role, with a high volume of enquiries to manage
About you:
- Background in Customer Service over phone or email
- Experience in retail, food and beverage, hospitality or corporate environment
- Excellent English communication skills, especially written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
