Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for diagnosing appliance issues over the phone and scheduling repair appointments. Additionally, you will provide quotes and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers to understand and diagnose appliance issues.
- Schedule repair appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and appointments.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Customer Service, preferably in the appliance repair industry.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of common household appliances is a plus.
