Customer Support Specialist 
Full Time - 6 month fixed contract
WFH, WA

About the Opportunity

  • Respond to support requests in accordance with the service level agreement.
  • Efficiently and accurately resolve routine requests from internal and external customers.
  • Classify and triage the nature and urgency of email and phone requests to specialist support team members as needed.
  • Handle requests regarding all business systems, particularly Lumary and Skedulo.
  • Manage compliances.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously improve data hygiene and implement system and process improvements.
  • Review, update, and contribute to developing systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain data integrity in the scheduling system for clinicians' pay and billing purposes, as well as ensure travel costing is maintained and completed for all clients.
  • Actively share knowledge and information within the team.
  • Ensure client records are complete and up to date.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems.
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities, particularly for time-critical support requests.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.
