Growing Finance company is looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to handle soft collection calls and convert queries regarding formal and informal debt management options.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
- Handling enquiries for formal and informal debt management customers
- Soft Collection calls
- Assisting the Sales team
- Assessing the eligibility and suitability of a debt agreement
- Completing thorough consults with clients which includes extracting personal and financial information
- Dealing with the creditors of clients in relation to their debts
- Preparation of Debt Agreement proposals
- Accounts receivable function to assist debtors to maintain their debt agreement payments
- General administration.
- Experience in completing financial applications or assessments preferred but not essential
- Compliance understanding
- Experience in sales of a financial product or service
- A working knowledge of key regulatory and compliance standards in relation to credit provision and debt collection
- Excellent work ethic
- Be a team player as well as an ability to work autonomously
- Be target driven and strive towards reaching and exceeding KPI’s
- Be empathetic while negotiating a positive outcome for the customer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Salary up to $60K plus Super plus Commission
