The position of Account Manager is a key position within the agency. The role will see the successful candidate picking up and maintaining client relationships quickly across your portfolio of around 10 accounts.
This position is responsible for ensuring that the company delivers projects and services efficiently and on time through thorough project management, concise and clear briefing and exceptional communication. The successful candidate will also operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their assigned accounts utilising their proven relationship-building skills.
Having a commercial mindset, the successful candidate will be able to identify and create opportunities that add value to Claxon and our client’s business, whilst striving to deliver the Claxon experience that makes a difference and is recognized internally and externally.
You'll be your client's advocate within the agency and you'll stop at nothing to ensure we're winning for them.
We have some great Hybrid working (2 days in office 3 days WFH) and Flexitime (start anywhere from 7am-9am and finish anywhere from 3pm-5pm) policies which we're sure you'll love. About You- Genuine drive to provide a world-class client experience and feel at home within a fast-paced agency environment
- You love the idea of working in an ultra collaborative environment where you play and win as a team
- At least 2 years experience within an agency, within an account management role
- May, or may not be a ping pong master
- Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills
- A master at setting and then managing client expectations and escalation management comes second nature
- Experience in working with media, creative and strategy teams is ideal
- Passionate about growing revenue for our clients and Claxon
