The Role:
Our client is a smart home systems supplier and is seeking a switched-on and dynamic Customer Service/ Dispatch Admin with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, ongoing, with a view to become permanent.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering phone calls in a professional and prompt manner
- Greeting visitors and assisting with any queries
- Arranging job run sheet
- Coordinating drivers
- Typing orders
- Serving customers face to face and on the phones
- Data entry
- Quoting
- Managing email inquiries
Essential Criteria:
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required
- Professional presentation
