From transaction and savings accounts to investments and referrals to the lending department, we are in search of an enthusiastic and proactive individual with strong people, administration & member engagement experience.
What you’ll do
- Provide a warm welcome to our members and potential members as the first point of contact within the branch
- Advise timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings and processes via branch, telephone and online channels.
- Demonstrate the ability the listen, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed members expectations and improve customer outcomes.
- Supporting, educating & encouraging members to utilise digital channels such as Internet Banking and Mobile App for their everyday banking needs
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures and external requirements, including legislative requirements
