A national provider of home loans is seeking a number of customer service operators to join their expanding team. You will be answering home loan inquiries, resolving escalations and providing superior customer service. You will be answering around 40 Inbound Calls per day.

The Call Centre is open 7 days a week with operating hours from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and work a Saturday or a Sunday every 5 weeks on a rotating roster. 

We are looking for people with:  

• Call centre OR customer service experience in any industry
• Stable work history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
• Experience working towards KPI’s  
• Great phone manner & customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
