Advance Design Group provides uniform and workwear solutions for organisations in the health, aged care and hospitality industries as well as the corporate sector. We have 3 business channels - Uniformity, The Scrub Store and Scrubs Brands Australia. Our team helps customers design workwear solutions for their employees which our production team embroider and pack, ready for our sales support team to process, invoice and dispatch to customers around Australia and New Zealand. We are a successful business operating for over 50 years. Our people matter.
Qualifications & experience
- 5+ years experience working in an office environment (completion of Certificate III in Business Administration or higher is advantageous)
- Eye for detail with above-average spelling, grammar and maths skills
- ADVANCED skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organisation skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to cope with the pressure of meeting deadlines (eg courier cut-offs) working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks
- A reputation for caring about the outcome and a willingness to make decisions to delight the customer
- You like to mentor the new, to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers (phone, email and website)
- General sales & customer admin and support duties - requires a positive and friendly person with a "Can and Will Do" attitude
- Data entry for customer orders into custom software programs as well as Shopify and Hubspot
- Invoicing and dispatch of customer orders, including some lifting and shifting of boxes
- Processing customer exchanges and returns
- Participate in weekly Ops meetings to keep informed about priorities and new initiatives
