Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm$35.42 per hour + super (equivalent to $70K + super)Ongoing casual role 38 hours per weekAbout UsBased in Smithfield, this window and door manufacturer is currently looking for a highly motivated, Customer Service person to take ownership of their customers within the Customer Service department.Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role requires you to join the team to service your clients by phone or via email to make sure all deadlines and expectations are met. Working Monday to Friday 9am -5pm this is an ongoing casual role that may see you going fulltime after a successful probation period.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAdministration, Customer Service, data entry with general office dutiesCommunication with suppliers and customersProactively develop customer relationships over the phoneBuild rapport and resolve customer queries in a constructive mannerHandle difficult problems or complaints to provide desired solutionsDeal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomesExperience & QualificationsDemonstrated experience working within a busy office environmentProfessional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiriesBackground in the manufacturing, building, construction or retail trade industryPossess personality with clear and concise communication skill over the phoneHave a passion for Customer Service who can multitask, and problem solveAttention to detail and can work independently or team environmentYou will have clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines and a bright a bubbly personality.If you believe you can make a positive impact and bring the required skills to the business, please apply with a copy of your resume.
