Customer Service / Administration Executive

The role of the Customer Service / Administration Executive is to provide high-level service and support for both the Members of NGS Crypto, as well as the businesses Management, Sales Executives in the office. These responsibilities vary, but include everyday administrative tasks, confidence on phones (inbound and outbound), process and document creation, as well as general office upkeep. Developing a strong understanding of processes and procedures around NGS Crypto operational matters, as well as building an in-depth knowledge of our Blockchain Mining Product will be essential. 

Responsibilities:

• Answering the main office number (Identifying purpose of the call and directing enquiries to the correct departments/staff).
• Providing everyday Customer Service tasks (Assisting with less technical issues that are “quick fixes” to enable higher level issues to be focused on by other staff)
• Providing support to the Sales Team where necessary/capable to ensure they can work as efficiently and time-effectively as possible.
• General Office Upkeep (ensuring basic office supplies are purchased and available in the office, as well as some minor cleaning/tidying/organizing when needed).
• There will also be administrative duties for Senior Management.

Required Skills:

• Above Average computer skills. (Mac and PC)
• Working knowledge of CRM Systems.
• Moderate understanding of finance and cryptocurrencies/blockchain.
• Confident and well-spoken on the phone and in person.
• Competent in email etiquette and general business level communication.
• Typing Speed @ 50words/minute or above. 
• Have a desire to learn and develop skills and knowledge.
• Have a positive and uplifting outlook.
