This role offers an enthusiastic, driven and customer focused administrator a great opportunity to join a successful team, by supporting doctors, specialists and their patients.
Your duties will include:
- Patient payment processing (phones)
- Account queries
- Health fund/Medicare payment follow up
- Overdue invoice follow up (both patient and health funds)
Our successful candidates will have:
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- A focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE
- A positive outlook and enjoys contributing to a fun team environment
- Onsite training will be provided which is progressive
