Customer Service / Administration Officer

Customer Service / Administration Officer required for Leading Company based in Pinelands.

The role is a contract position of 12 weeks that could extend, working from 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Your key responsibilities in the role include:

• Answering phones and Customer Service
• Data Entry
• Processing run sheets
• Customers bookings
• Update customer information into CRM
• Liaising with stakeholders (internal/external)

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:  

• Accurate Data Entry skills
• Reliable
• Ability to assist others.
• Previous Administration/Data Entry experience
• Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly.
• A quick learner with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise
• Remain calm under pressure
• Enjoy a busy working environment.
