Customer Service / Administration Officer required for Leading Company based in Pinelands.
The role is a contract position of 12 weeks that could extend, working from 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
Your key responsibilities in the role include:
- Answering phones and Customer Service
- Data Entry
- Processing run sheets
- Customers bookings
- Update customer information into CRM
- Liaising with stakeholders (internal/external)
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Reliable
- Ability to assist others.
- Previous Administration/Data Entry experience
- Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly.
- A quick learner with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to prioritise
- Remain calm under pressure
- Enjoy a busy working environment.
