We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fulfil a full time position in our showroom to provide customer service, Office Administration duties and some warehouse duties.
The successful candidate will be paid according to experience at above award rates. The following is required;
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in Xero accounting software
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Office administration experience including answering phones, data entry, payroll, invoicing, inventory, managing debtors and creditors as well as general tasks such as filing, emailing and updating calendars
- have a positive and friendly attitude
Working hours are between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
