The Customer Service Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within
the organisation.
This position combines efficient administration support for the sales team with exceptional Customer Service
for both internal and external customers.

- This role will see you manage customer orders, paperwork and purchase orders
generating reports

- Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, think critically, and find practical
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and switch
- Prior experience keeping track of customer information, handling inquiries, and
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
