The Customer Service Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within
the organisation.
This position combines efficient administration support for the sales team with exceptional Customer Service
for both internal and external customers.

Skills & Experience:

• This role will see you manage customer orders, paperwork and purchase orders

Juggling various responsibilities, such as order processing, credit requests, and
generating reports

• Meeting deadlines for weekly forecasts
• Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, think critically, and find practical

solutions is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction

• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and switch

between different tasks

• Prior experience keeping track of customer information, handling inquiries, and

resolving complaints

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
