About the role
Reporting directly to the Divisional Administration Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the Asset Operation and Sustainment Business Service with all administrative aspects.
We are looking for a team player with a positive, solutions focused attitude and exceptional time management skills.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administration support to multiple business services; including Mechanical and Fabrication workshops, Stores, Transport and Marine Operations
- Processing invoices and monthly payments for debtors and creditors including raising purchase orders
- Review and analyse the dedicated plant and resources to ensure the best return on investments.
- Draft internal business unit communications as directed
- Coordination of reports to key stakeholders and management of internal meetings
- Administering subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings as needed
- Assist with event management and planning
About You
- Proven success in an administrative or operations role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Sound financial acumen
- Experience in asset management and coordination is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
